Recruitment by Introduction
We also support care providers and clinics by introducing qualified candidates for permanent roles. This is a candidate introduction service only — all employment arrangements are made directly between the client and the candidate.

Please note: staff employed by WRAC Ltd under the Skilled Worker route are not outsourced or supplied to external organisations. They remain employed directly by WRAC Ltd.

This is a domestic introduction service only. All employment arrangements are agreed directly between the family and the childcare provider.

Nurses and Healthcare Staff

WRAC Ltd works with talented healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering safe and compassionate care.

We support organisations by sourcing and introducing suitable candidates for permanent roles, including:

Health Care Assistant: Job Description

You will be joining a growing team that have a real passion for caring for others and thrive on building a great repour with our customers and our teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to a range of vulnerable individuals

  • Assist with mobility, moving & handling and promoting independence

  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual's health and wellbeing needs

  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information

  • Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others

  • Promote best practices as a Health Care Assistant in health and safety and security

  • Assist in maintaining and developing services

  • Contribute to quality improvement

  • Promote people's equality, diversity and rights

  • Work autonomously with minimum supervision

Health Care Assistant - Essentials:

We believe to work within the health care sector you must:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role

  • Have a driving license

  • Be caring and compassionate

  • Be kind

  • Be reliable

  • Be trustworthy

  • Be respectful

  • Be passionate about delivering person-centred care to those who need it

Health Care Assistant - Benefits:

  • Rates of pay £20,000 - £30,000 PA

  • Paid training & DBS

  • On-call available 24 hours a day with support

  • Minimum 6-hour shifts
